Give yourself a break: help yourself a little. What are things that make you happy? What are the things that you love doing and what is the environment you thrive in?
If you are in an environment that is not in tune with who you are, and if you are doing things that are questionable to your own nature, maybe you need to reevaluate what you are doing.
