hey leonie!

keep up the good work!
groetjes Shireen

Hi Leonie,

Cheers,
Milou

Hi Marie, My thesis was on individual differences in stress levels in longtailed macaques. Due to circumstances I didn't have the opportunity to study apes then but I have made up for that later, as you can see:) I really hope you find the opportunity to study elephants in their own habitat, it will be a totally different experience from the zoo. I ran into them almost every day when studying gorilla's in Africa, they are truly great (and fast moving!) creatures.

Hi Leonie
Thanks for the great comment. That is so cool that you have a masters in the same branch of biology as I. It must be so amazing working with apes. They are really quite intelligent. What was your masters thesis on?

Hi, I'm Léonie, I am a conservation biologist. I have spent 1,5 years in Africa studying Western lowland gorilla's in CAR and taking care of orphaned chimps in Cameroon. I currently volunteer for JGI Netherlands but I would love to go back to Africa.....
